Search and identification of archaeological sites, especially not expressed in the surface topography is quite acute. As the most recent inventory of archaeological sites, only in the Novosibirsk region for more than 50% of all objects were completely or partially destroyed by the powerful technique of plowing and other human activities. Typically, in such circumstances, the boundary settlement complexes can be set only nominally loop-lifting material from the damaged layer, and plowed dirt mounds and mounds virtually inaccessible for visual fixation. In addition, the search for archaeological sites where the cultural layer is blocked by powerful alluvial, aeolian and other sediments are always difficult. Described difficulties in some cases can be overcome in the frequency of the electromagnetic induction sounding, which is implemented in hardware and EMS. This method, with appropriate processing of the field data, and gives an indication of the distribution of conductivity of the ground. For archaeological sites characteristic contrast conductivity of various fractions of soil residues of human activity changes in the topsoil due to man-made interference, etc. Therefore, the use of induction equipment to solve the problems of archeology is very reasonable.
